FloSpace, Inc., Releases FloPrompter 2.0 :: The Premier PC-Based Teleprompter Solution

CAMBRIDGE, MA - April 2008 - FloSpace, Inc., announced version 2.0 of their innovative PC teleprompter solution, FloPrompter™. Now, the most affordable PC-based teleprompter solution is even better, featuring "smooth scrolling" and the Microsoft Office 2007 design style.

In a move that is highly unconventional in the software industry, FloSpace announced that all version 1.0 customers will be offered free upgrades to the 2.0 version. We pushed this release earlier than originally scheduled due to strong customer demand, so the free upgrade licenses are a token of our appreciation for their emails and calls," said Mr. Hand. FloPrompter customers include home-based podcasters, broadcasting students, public speakers, and professional video production teams.

FloPrompter offers a dual authoring and text playback solution. The user may edit content directly in the program, or copy formatted content from a popular word processor, like Microsoft Word, or a web page. The use can change text size or color, add styling like bold or italics, add bullets and apply other rich text formatting. A simple press of the "Play" button launches the highly configurable teleprompter player window.

Unique to FloPrompter, the user may add multiple "broadcast segments" to the same file. With the growing ubiquity of home-based video and audio editors, the innovative broadcast segments feature helps media authors break their content into smaller, more manageable chunks which can be easily recombined later using media editing tools.
