About Us

FloSpace is a small company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We believe in making quality software that is fun and easy to use for audio and video production professionals. That shouldn't be too much to ask, should it?

Our first product is a teleprompter application called FloPrompter™. We were inspired by an article we read in a magazine saying that there were no high quality and affordable PC-based teleprompters for podcasters. Thus, FloPrompter was born!

In April 2007, barely seven months after launching version 1.0 of our FloPrompter product, we proudly launched version 2.0. From the day 1.0 was released, our customers spoke and we listened. So we packed version 2.0 with a long list of enhancements and highly sought after new features, especially "smooth scrolling" in the teleprompter window and the beautiful new Microsoft Office 2007 design style. And what could possibly be better than fantastic new features and a sexy new user interface? We offered all customers of the 1.0 version free upgrades to version 2.0!

In June 2008, we launched FloPrompter version 3.0 with another long list of fantastic features and enhancements. Our focus for version 3.0 was the needs of audio and video production professionals. Thus, FloPrompter Professional was born! Featuring the #1 and #2 most requested features by our customers (mirrored text and multiple monitor support). And once again, FloSpace offered all FloPrompter version 1.0 and 2.0 customers free upgrades to FloPrompter version 3.0 Standard edition!

FloPrompter Standard offers an unbeatable combination of ease of use and functionality for everyday use, while FloPrompter Professional creates a new standard for studio-quality teleprompter software. FloSpace continues to raise the bar ever higher on the competition.

What's next? We have some ideas for some cool new software programs, so keep your eyes open for more interesting products coming from us soon. In the meantime, the long list of features teed up for FloPrompter will keep us busy for awhile...
